These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pay2points.com and the services offered by Pay2Points (“Pay2Points”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, creating an account, clicking through to a partner store or completing a transaction, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Pay2Points

Pay2Points is an online marketplace and rewards platform that helps users discover coupons, deals, discounts and offers. Eligible purchases made through Pay2Points may earn points that may be converted into cash or other rewards, subject to the conditions displayed for each offer.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account secure and notifying us promptly of unauthorised access. One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain duplicate rewards.

3. Marketplace and merchant relationships

Some transactions are processed directly by Pay2Points, while others are completed with independent partner stores. For partner-store transactions, the partner is the seller and its product, delivery, cancellation, warranty and return terms apply. Pay2Points does not control a partner’s inventory, product quality, delivery or fulfilment.

4. Offers and coupons

Offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, minimum purchase values, exclusions, usage limits, geographic restrictions and expiry dates. Offers may be changed, paused or withdrawn. Prices and availability shown by a partner store at checkout prevail over information displayed on Pay2Points.

5. Points and cash rewards

Points are promotional rewards and are not money until a valid redemption is completed. Points may initially appear as pending and are confirmed only after the transaction is validated and the applicable return or cancellation period ends. Points may be declined or reversed for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, returned items, tracking failures, excluded products, misuse or a partner’s refusal to validate the purchase. Conversion rates, minimum redemption amounts and eligibility conditions will be shown in the relevant offer or account area and may change prospectively.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by Pay2Points, a partner store or an authorised payment service provider. You authorise the relevant processor to collect the displayed amount. Pay2Points does not store complete card or banking credentials unless expressly stated and permitted by law.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Eligible Pay2Points-processed refunds generally take 7–14 days depending on the transaction and refund type. Third-party refunds may take up to 30 days and remain subject to the partner’s policy and payment provider timelines.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse coupons, manipulate tracking, submit false claims, use automated means to access the service, interfere with security, infringe intellectual property, impersonate another person, conduct fraudulent transactions or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

Pay2Points branding, website content, software and original materials are owned by or licensed to Pay2Points. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep information accurate and services available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free tracking, permanent availability of an offer or acceptance of a coupon by a partner. Nothing on the website constitutes financial, legal or professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pay2Points will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits or loss arising from a partner’s products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, withhold pending rewards or investigate activity where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, a security risk or violation of these Terms. Valid earned rewards will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to rights provided by applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection and dispute-resolution laws.
